Digital SLR Camera Hire ??

[SimonV8ster]

Does anybody know if you can hire a Digital SLR from somewhere for the weekend ?? I've been given the task of taking the photos at a wedding and while I think my new'ish point and shoot Canon camera might do I would prefer to take something slightly more substantial.

You could borrow my 350D + kit lens if you give me a reasonable deposit.

Until you get a call: 'The camera you hired me is faulty - bike me another one now...' The insurance angle alone must be horrendous, not to mention the start up capital, problems with kit coming back damaged - not for me thanks!

I do a little reselling of plasma screen hire and I'm glad just to take the trade margin and let somebody else have all the grief!
