Good show. Warm tone?
I love it - Just recorded this for a job I'm doing (1.6 mb extract - should stream). Apologies for the depressing nature of the music - It's a brief!http://www.stevecarter.com/335-extract.mp3

ETA Nicest tone I ever heard came from a PRS, but damn they're expensive.

Great pics of a fine instrument. I've always fancied a 335. First because Alex Lifeson used to use one - "Permanent Waves" era Rush. Secondly because BB King (and so many other great bluesmen) have a fondness for the guitar. It's number two on my guitar acquisition list after a sunburst Les Paul.

Didn't realise you were a muso Don.Guitars are a great subject for photos I think. That 335 looks wonderful. I've tried to get some good shots of my guitars but have never got anything good enough for me to want to keep. I did get a few shots that I quite liked from a gig back in February though, of which this is one.

I'd strongly recommend you try the new Taylor electrics if you like the PRS sound. I tried one a few weeks ago having previously thought I'd found my perfect guitar in a PRS Custom 22 with vintage pick ups, but I was wrong. They really are excellent.Gassing Station | Photography & Video | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
