Vivitar lens on a Canon EOS 300D

[XMG5]

I have a Canon EOS 300D digital SLR camera and wish to use my old Vivitar TX lens' with it. The Vivitar lens' have interchangeable mounts which in my case is a Nikon mount (for my old Nikkormat 35mm camera).

Does anyone know if there is a chance of getting a Canon mount(s) for the lens' and whether the Canon mount for them would fit the present day Canon EOS series of cameras.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

What lens is it?

ETA - I mean, I know it is a Vivitar TX, but is it a 50mm f/4, 24-70mm or whatever.

They are 28mm wide-angle and 300mm telephoto lenses.

Ah, ok, I was approaching it from a "if it did exist, could you buy it for less than replacing the lens" so it would appear that yes, you could.
