We are looking to obtain some posters for the office and i need some advice.

Can anybody suggest websites that i can look at for photos, that i can get printed and then framed to hang on our office walls? Also, can I have any recommendations of places to use to get quality prints of these images?

I want to keep this above board with regard to copyright, so there is no issue in paying (reasonable) fees to the photographer and/or having their name on the image.

My company is an electronics design house, so its safe to say technical/scientific type pictures will be okay, as will landscapes and pictures of architecture. I'm afraid glamour pics are (probably) out and i might be facing an uphill struggle to have pics of cars on the walls - I'm the only petrolhead!

Thanks.

I'll "do a Simpo" as well.

Feel free to have a look at my site www.apictureofsuffolk.com to see if there's anything you like.

If there is, feel free to email me for a special PH price!

Sterling work Sir smile

Edited to add on a more serious note:
Check out Get Carter's site if you want some stunning landscapes and if you want something more wildlife based you could have a browse of my images here or try Ph'er Gemm who takes some great wildlife images

Cheers

We are pretty flexible on content.

Suggestions in the office range from Space Shuttle launches, views of the earth from space, architecture and science/technology/engineering content.

Id love to put some of the pics up from the thread ol posted, but our clients will get to see the pictures so we need some 'taste'.

I'll pass the links posted above to other staff members and if theres any interest i will contact the posters directly to discuss further.

Sorry to keep trotting out the same image again and again, but I've got a series of the Atomium that fit many of your criteria, and look good printed big:

I specialise in high quality printing to canvas, and have done a great deal of work for fellow PHers - prices and examples are on my site www.fluid-images.co.uk

I'm primarily a photographer, and my images are on my other site www.fluidimages.co.uk - let me know if you see anything you'd like transferred to canvas, and I'd be delighted to provide a really excellent product.
