Hi
I am going to be buying a Canon IXUS 70 or 80. I like the 70 for its shape and size.

However, the 80 introduced image stablisation (forgot the proper terminology but it helps remove 'shaky' pictures because of hand movements)

From what I have read though one downside is that the time it takes between each shot means that the 80 is much slower than the 70.

Question is how big a difference is this? Sometiems when I am concerts I like to take pictures in quick sucession BUT i find they often end up 'shaky' - so I want the stabilisation but i also want the speed!

Having looked at this table

http://www.cameras.co.uk/html/shutter-lag-comparis...
and the review
http://www.cameras.co.uk/reviews/canon-ixus-80-is....

which says:
A single shot took 1.32 seconds. That's an average time. Five shots were a little speedier and took 8.07 seconds. As with other Canon digital cameras turning the flash on slows everything down. A single shot took 1.06 seconds with five shots taking 15.40 seconds.

Will the lag be noticeable/annoying in comparison to the Ixus 70?

Any help?

How often do you need to take multiple shots in succession? If it's only occasionally, I'd have thought the IS would more than make up for it on every other shot you take!
