How do I do them?

I'm using Paint.NET and would like to be able to put a small black border & watermark on my pics.

Can I do it by batch process?

I do mine in Photoshop by extending the canvas using colours.

Then you can automate this in Photoshop.

I know this does not help you in what you are doing but this is just an example of how it can be done

Cheers!

I found a freeware program last night called FastStone Photo Resizer which does just what I want - adds borders & watermarks, and will do it to a batch of files thumbup

You can do a similar thing with Paint.NET under Image > canvas size.

Then fill the white border with the colour of your choice – paint bucket tool
