Looks ok if a little basic, however I wasn't over keen on their terms ...

Mm, so they 'don't take ownership' but can sell the photos and make money from them.

It depends on what constitutes submission, or 'publicly accessible'. I'll still give it a wide berth though I think!

Adobe has now issued the following statement on its Photoshop Express forums:
