reccomend a compact digital camera pls

[CraigW]

hi all, looking for a compact digital camera for a female friend.

Criteria being that its small but more importantly simple & quick to use. only for pics of kids etc really. Also, simple uploading would be a bonus, budget from £150 to £200. Ideas?

Any of the Canon Ixus range I would recommend, I've owned three or four of them!
