Is it any good?
I've got an Ixus 500 at the moment, and the things that pee me off with it are the lack of taking a photo when I want to, rather than when the camera decides the photo will be taken, and the poor "zoom".
I'm not looking for an SLR with replaceable lenses, just a one-piece with a good zoom.
I don't take many photos, and am not looking to "get into" photography, I just want a digital camera that takes piccies when I want to take them, and can zoom in so that I can get full-frame piccies of our local squirrels at fifteen-twenty feet ('cos they're funny).
