how can I add music in prem elements 3?

[wetny]

I am having problems adding music. I have ripped several tracks from cd onto computer and tried to add to video, but I keep getting a licence warning and it will not allow it. Is there a way around it? Cheers.

I use pinnacle studio 9, and have to add my mp3's for background music as SOUND EFFECTS. Works everytime though.

Last one I did:
