No.4 for me. I think it would be even better if the player was just a bit sharper.

EDIT: after looking at the image again, I think it's good as it is.

I think no1 is excellent.

i think this the more creative shot. something a bit different.

the colours of the balls and the table really contrast well with the black of the background and i like the focus fall off there a lot too. very graphic and simple.

to me some of the others are pictures of a snooker player BUT no3 is an image of snooker itself?

My vote goes for no.3 - the image's impact is dependant on the colour, but the cue in the background suggest that this is not just a static set-up.

Where are my manners...

I ended up entering no4, as I thought it fitted the theme better, like some of you said (which is a shame because looking back over them now I much prefer 1 and 3). Sadly it didn't win, and I'm not exactly sure where it was placed (mid-pack I think, couple of hundred entries).
