Need new camera

The misses has got me tickets to an event at the o2 and I'd like to take some pictures.

SO i need a digital camera that can handle low ish light conditions and has a decent zoom.

any ideas?

I doubt they'll let it in. I'm going to see the Eagles there in March and have come to terms with leaving it at home. Mind you, I'm right at the back in the cheap seats (£80 each! ) so I'd need a 1000mm lens anyway
