Hello,

Hopefully I will be selling my kit this week and once I do I am looking at getting a 'bridge' camera to keep my photography urges at bay. I still want to keep my eye in but dont need all the kit I have at the mo.

So im afraid its another 'what camera' thread - you know you love them!!!!

I have £240'ish to spend. I would like 8mill pixs and at least 10x zoom (more is poss) with a full manual mode as well.

I have found the canon powershot S5 IS and the Fuji Finepix S9600 but they both seem to have quite a number of bad points. Can anyone suggest any other cameras which fit my spec.

Nikki, i have just the camera for you, my old sony cybershot dsc-p100.
only 5.1 mp though and 3*optical zoom
