Sony DVD Video Camera and Waterproof case

I am looking to upgrade my camera system for this piece of kit camera which means I will be looking to sell my old kit.

I have a DSC DVD 100E and full underwater case (like new / boxes and everything) and was basically wondering if the above kit is better / worth getting and how much I should be selling the old stuff for.

I have looked on fleabay but there is not one the same on there and I have totally lost track of how much the bundle cost me (for a reason I guess).....any advice would be greatly appreciated
