360 degree panoramics
Discussion
Hi
Can anybody offer any advise on how to acheive these sorts of images? I assume they made up of numerous shots that are then stitched together using a suitable peice of software.
Have a look at this page and click on 'Virtual Tour' at the bottom right of the page:

Here's another sample:

Thanks in advance for any info.

The second one uses ipix which is a specific piece of software for stitching the images together, and also provides the ability to build "navigation" within the images - e.g. click on a door to jump to the next image etc. Ipix requires a browser plugin to operate. You can do a similar thing, I think, with Quicktime.
We used to have a specific 180deg fisheye lens so you could create the 360 view with only 2 shots.
