Photoshop book

I need to get myself a good , easy to read with lots of exercises book for photoshop
You know the sort. NOT loads of reading but just practicle advise, short cuts etc
I currently have Photsohop 7 Anyone got any recommendations on the book I need to buy?

Adobe Photoshop for Photographers - Martin Evening.

I have them both but couldn't say which one is best. Have a look on Amazon for second hand
