Found I much prefer the B&W version to the colour (now deleted), and was wondering peoples opinions on the above?

Like it. Something about the background looks like it's a picture that the foreground has been superimposed on. Was the shot posed, or a lucky natural one?

Great picture! Has a bit of a movie atmosphere to it.
Can I ask for a high res version?

Not posed, simply a snap of my g/f looking into the paddy fields. What makes it look strange is that it's a HDR shot, something which I know many here hate with a passion

I thought the amount of noise on my g/f's top may have given it away.

Sure, but can't send it right now as my connection in Thailand is s-l-o-w due to the Taiwan earthquake.
