Sport events and Camera/big lens Allowed?

Im off to see Wales and NZ this Sat. Will I be allowed to take in My Nikon D70s and a 70-300mm zoom lense?

Seem to remember someone here say they could be a bit sticky on it - is too much of a pro camera and not allowed?

You may have a problem with a pro camera but you should be ok with a Nikon.

Sorry, I couldn't resist it! I'd be very surprised if they weren't allowed in.
