I've put on a page.

www.stevecarter.com/torridonpanora

I've a feeling they might work better one per page - lots on the same page a bit distracting perhaps?

btw... nice snow bits here today (click on the pic to lose the squash)

/looks out the window onto the sweeping vista that is....Reading

/cries

Still, we're looking a damn sight better in the rugby, and I'm off to get drunk at a wedding reception, so it's not all bad

Lovely pics, particularly the moody almost-silhouettes. Peter Jackson would be proud.

eta - third one down - is that Tongue from the other side?

It's always sunny here - it only rains when you come up.

Nice collection, I will have go north again some time. But, did you put them on a black background and subsequently sharpen them ? I see little white halos around some edges...

I prefer them as they are on one page so I don't have to keep clicking on a 'next' button, but additional black space between them to vertically separate them more would probably be better.

PSP ? Those Playstations get around, don't they ?!!

There's something about your photos that always amazes me - in fact, it's almost as if they are in HD and everyone else's are in standard def

Cheers Graham... It's probably a combination of the quality of ccd, lenses and the very 'thin' air up here!

I've been reliably informed (by the bloke who sorted out the driving route for the last time we were in the Highlands) I've got the location of that picture wrong. It's Little Loch Broom looking down to Dundonnell. So it probably is the same mountain.

There was a similar "round" one near Ben Loyal in the vicinity of Tongue which I've got it confused with (the one that Clarkson took a 4x4 up).

Great pics again.

I think you could be right about displaying them individually or at least giving them a border just to seperate them a bit more.
We got snow here last night but it wasn't the sort that made for pretty pictures.

Nope.. It's Benn Alligin and it's on the other side of the loch from me. Broom is 50 miles north of here. (But they all look alike these bumps).

As Matt says... I'm a lazy bastard, so just sit in my garden taking most of these. rolleyes

edited to add.. apart from the 7 miles I had to drive to take todays 'pic of the day' www.stevecarter.com/picaday/page1.
