photoshop mutations

I couldnt remove the silly third ear due to not being able to undo more than 30 or so photoshop brushstrokes. Any idea how to reconfigure this setting?

I was happy with the 3 legged effect though. Anyone else care to further evolve/abuse the rodent digitally

Simple me hearty:

Edir->Preferences->General and change the number in the History States box.
