Software for searching Photos

I've noticed on my MacBook and iPhone the built in Photos app has a feature to search for certain people in photos.
I have about 30-40k photos off my parents old computers and cameras on a usb drive.
Any suggestions for good software for searching the files on the drive for particular people?
I really don't want to import all of them into my Photos App on the computer.

I use Immich https://immich.app/ it can take a bit of setting up but works 100%. Does struggle with identical twins though

It also does a lot more.

Both Google and Apple are pretty good at picking our twins apart but they do get it wrong on occasion.

Thanks I'll have a look, thankfully the only twins I think I need to search for are very much not identical.
