Phone settings
Discussion
I like taking photos but not practical to take a camera so I bought a Xiaomi ultra 12s , it died unfortunately was a great phone. Ive now got the Xiaomi 13 pro.
This is because it uses the biggest sensor in a phone.
Problem is I'm just not sure on what settings to use in pro mode. I've bought a tripod , is there any standard settings like night shots etc

I have the same sensor but in an oppo X6 Pro which was developed by Hasselblad not Leica, however it seems these Chinese phones with the 1 inch sensor have fairly similar characteristics.
Where possible try shooting in a pro mode and choose RAW over JPEG to completely eliminate that over processed and vibrant look. They aren't as bad as Samsung for high contrast etc but it's more obvious than the Google phones. In pro mode using RAW they look much more natural.
I might dial down the exposure but doing the above can get fairly good results, and you can edit in Adobe Lightroom on your phone.
