On Tuesday I actually paid for a Canon RF 100-500, to collect yesterday. Black Friday Week, so down from £3160 to £2779 already, then £350 cashback from Canon after purchase. Woke up yesterday to an email from Canon: doubling the £350 cashback, but wait til Friday.
I phone Wex, ‘cancelled’ the purchase, will collect and pay tomorrow afternoon.
Then I realised that I could claim back the £85 rental I’d paid back in September as I’d bought a new lens on the back of that… AND as I’m a Canon Club member I also qualify for an extra £35 cashback.

So in the end the lens will come in at under £2000, which is nice.

Some cracking deals out there, take a peek if you’ve been indecisive

And then a 1.4x (£220 off) fell into my basket too!

That does seem a cracking deal. Still a little too expensive for me currently even at that price, much as I'd love one and could certainly put it to good use.
