Custom batteries

I could not find a better location to ask this - not a camera in the typical sense but I have a Flir E6 thermal camera and the battery has packed up.

It's a small single cell 3.6v 2.6ah 9.36kwh within a plastic case which pushes into the grip handle of the camera.

Replacement cost - £100!!

I am sure there must be a firm out there who could fit a new cell into the existing casing at a much lower price than that - does anyone have any suggestions?

Is it a 18650 battery? If so absolute doddle to replace yourself for pennies.
