Trusted Repairer - Leica X1

I have a Leica X1 compact that I bought years ago, and used until it started playing up. Popped camera “in a safe place” for at least five years - now it won’t charge / power up.

Contacted Leica before Christmas, who told me the model is “no longer supported” - but they did send me a replacement inner battery catch, which was original problem, for free.

Recommended independent, preferably in the UK, who can get this decent camera back into service?

Worth trying a new battery?

Personally, I'd get the pair ... easy enought to return them if they don't solve the issue.
