Adobe photoshop plans

I signed up to the basic photo plan a while back, to run Lightroom on a PC and laptop.
By and large it works well, but the 20gb cloud limit is really too small, yet the jump to the next level at 1Tb doubles the cost alongside loosing some apps. (To be fair I don’t use photoshop anyway)
Is there a practical alternative to this, it seems a pretty expensive way of getting cloud storage.

I simply use google photos and amazon for cloud storage. I don't use the 20GB storage that come with Lr and PS.
