Quick question:
I have recently bought a Fujifilm X100V and yesterday I have made a short video. However: you can clearly hear the camera focus motor. Is this a common problem or is it my camera?

It's a common issue as the mic is located on the front on the camera, right near the lens and it's motor.

The best solution is a small external mic, mounted on the hotshoe.

The Rode brand ones are very good, but there are also many cheaper versions on Amazon for under £20.

Just search for 'external microphone camera'

Only thing to check is that I suspect your Fuji has a slightly smaller than usual mic socket, so you may also need a 3.5mm to 2.5mm plug adaptor.

Hope this helps.

thank you for your answer. I think I will stick to my XT-4 with an external mic for video.
