So I’m guessing I may be in a group of 1 here, along with rediscovering my love of film, I also enjoy using a Polaroid camera (SX70) as well.
The below are from a trip I took last week, for many I’m guessing they will dislike the faded colours and uncrisp detail, but for me it’s exactly why I love it, I’m tired of all the ‘pop’ photos!
Sand dunes at sun rise, Death Valley
Wife walking through the ‘devils cornfield’ Death Valley
Wifey again, in the ‘golden canyon’ Death Valley
Driving though log tunnel, Sequoia Nat park( temperature of 5 degrees really affect the film)
Joshua tree, Joshua Nat park
Sunrise over cactus, Joshua Nat park
Blooming plant, Joshua Nat park
And my favourite, welcome to Las Vegas!

Looks like you are... but I like polaroid, for the same reason you do... something different from from reams and reams of same ole insta snap crap smart phone facsimiles of what we see with ours eyes... there's no magic. I'll try and snap a copy my fav polaroid hanging on a friends wall as a gift, but it was an image transfer (the negative part applied to another surface), a bit faded, but creates one off unique image. You can also do things like emulsion transfers for something different.
I used to use Type 55 4x5, back in the day, all the time for clients, just as a quick proof, which had a fine grain negative. I believe a dutch company is now hand making type 55 but from what I've seen on you tube looks awful and at $15 a pop doesn't appeal much. Somewhere, I think I may have about 18 sheets of the original, but guess the chemicals have dried up by now
