November 2020 photo competition- Autumn
Discussion
This month's theme will be Autumn.
Now I appreciate this isn't the most original but probably won't be the only one saying it is a beautiful season for photography.
What with lockdown looming I am sure plenty of people will be getting out and about for the daily exercise so could lead to new images.
Ideally images taken this autumn would be preferred however if you have and shots you a proud of please post away.
Rules:
The photos taken must be your own work and can be taken at anytime, but please only get out with your gear if you have safe opportunity etc.
The competition will run from the first to the last day of the month.
You can only submit one, and only one photo.
The winner from the previous month decides on the topic for the following month and judges it at the end of the month.
Entries and discussion on this single thread please.
All entrants acknowledge that they may indeed win and that their adherence to convention ensures everyone else's continued fun.
Photos entered can be as large as you like, although bear in mind if too large, it may not be possible to see the whole image on some screens. Links to larger versions are permissible.

One from the back catalogue to prop up the numbers a bit...
I sent off two rolls of colour 35mm film on Thursday, and I'm still waiting to get an acknowledgement email from them that they actually got it. Which is annoying me, as I specifically took photos for this competition on them. More annoying though is that every time I do colour film something always goes wrong. And there's feck all point of doing black and white for autumn as you can't see the colours on them.
Bah!
Thank you to all who took part this month, some brilliant images.
However this one shot stood out to me, so over to you are for this months competition.

Thanks Mark, I really thought this would have been a more popular subject, I even held off entering some cliched autumn leaves. However this one shot stood out to me, so over to you are for this months competition.

I had a few to enter, but the film still hasn't come back to me yet which annoys me, as I enjoy entering these things.
Have you tried developing your own? I used to do my own E6 transparencies which was quite straightforward, just a matter of keeping an eye on temperatures and timing.Gassing Station | Photography & Video | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
