Nikon D600 not focussing

Evening all,

Hope there’s an easy fix but I fear something’s broken.

Took a load of pictures last week with no issues, went to use the camera today and it refuses to auto focus, if I manual focus & take a pic this is the result......


Any ideas or is back to Nikon?

That dark shadow looks like a shutter failure

Back to Nikon - however if you are looking to save some money, http://www.camserve.co.uk/ are good and very affordable.

Fixation are good too - however in my experience, the prices are similar to Nikon themselves.

Nikon turnaround is all over the place at the moment due to Covid - however they are getting work done.

Thanks, I suspected as much.
Annoying as the shutter count is only around 20k.
