This year my lovely wife has given me a great birthday gift: a Fuji XT4! But now I am struggling to find out how I can transfer the pictures from the camera to my Apple airbook. The manual you can use the USB-cable but how? Is there anyone who can help and guide me?

Btw: the camera is a giant improvement over my D300.

Firstly, congratulations on an epic new camera - I have an X-T3 and it constantly surprises me with how capable it is. What lens(es) did you get?

Secondly, in the menu go to "Set Up" (the wrench)-->Connection Setting-->PC Connection Mode-->*USB Card Reader*

My wife gave me the 55-200 and the 18-55 lenses. Imagine the difference in weight compared to a D300 with vertical grip, a 2.8 35-70 and a 2.8 80-200. :-) I am getting older so weight becomes a factor. And you are right: the camera keeps amazing me.

Thank you for your reply.

Congrats on the X-T4. I got mine last week too. A very happy boy!

I'll not use the word 'perfect' as there are little minor frustrations but it does feel like Fuji have thrown everything they know at it and not held anything back. Erm other than a charger! Loving it so far.
