Light room Colour Oddity

Just been editing a couple of photos in Lightroom, as I normally do, and when I came to export the first photo the colour suddenly changed. I've screen grabbed both and put them side by side so that you can see the difference. Has anyone got any ideas what's going on? It does the same thing on every photo now and no changes have been made to how I normally export photos. The exported photo also looks like the one on the right.

Something to do with low quality preview til the full file has been imported?

Preview time seems irrelevant, I've left it waiting to load a higher res copy and nothing changes. Both should be working in sRGB, export is certainly set to sRGB.

I seem to have solved part of the problem, although I've no idea what I've done to change it, as the exported file now seems to to be displaying the correct colours. Still no idea why the export preview is showing the wrong colours.

Where is the Export pane in LR? My export dialog just has text.

I right click the image and select export, shows me the image along with a few options.

(This is in Lightroom CC, not sure if you're using the same?)

Of course, sorry I forgot there are two versions now. I only use Classic so can't help with CC I'm afraid. Looks like and odd problem to have though.
