Issues uploading vids to Insta

Might bump this over to IT but thought I'd start here.

Have produced a series of videos, formatted for FB and Instagram. Upload to Facebook fine but the only way I can load them onto Instagram is onto IGTV. They're square format and IGTV is portrait. There's 25 of them so I'd rather not have to go through and reformat them all.

Have tried via desktop (using the User Agent 'cheat') and on a phone. The finder sees the videos but they're greyed out.

Formatting is as per Instagram's requirements.

I'm certain is something simple but so far has me stumped so any pointers gratefully received,

That's strange. Have you tried turning the phone off and on? Maybe clearing the app's cache as well if you can?

Have you tried uploading the same video to Facebook?
