Sony RX100 V raw files into lightroom.

Help!
Just bought a shiny new (used) RX100 MK5 to take on holiday to save lugging the 1dx around all the time.
However, having a play I cannot import the raw files into Lightroom.
I am using Lightroom cc which is version 2015.8. I think there is a newer update but it won't update from this.
I am away on Tuesday so not a great start.
Any help very much appreciated.

Download the latest Adobe DNG converter https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/adobe-d...
Convert RAWs to DNG, import DNG into Lightroom, its an extra step, but is a good way of getting latest RAW fil formats into legacy versions of Lightroom
That said if you are on a subscription model, it should let you upgrade unless there is some hardware limitation that it doesn't like.
