Best in-car mount for filming video?

I want to record video inside my car while I'm driving. I've tried a few phone mounts (as it'll be filmed on my phone) and it just seems really shakey to me. I then see other people on YouTube filming in their cars and the video seems fairly stable, but I can never find out how or what they're using.

Has anyone got a recomendation for an in-car mount I could get hold of?
