Trying to find a photographer

I have posted this in the britcar forum but had no reply

I am looking for the photographer who took this picture



I would like to purchase some prints or a high resolution image so I can get some done

Any help would be appreciated

When was it taken and where did you find it?

It was taken at the 2010 24hr event at silverstone
I think I downloaded it at the time probably from here

There's no EXIF data and Tineye doesn't find it anywhere else on the web.

A search for images from that race doesn't reveal it either.

It's going to be difficult but this is Pistonheads so there's always hope.

Whack it on General Gassing, more people there.

I think it's mine but I've no idea where the originals are. I will have a dig, I was certainly sat there around that part of the stand and was taking photos at that time. Was this the year of the start line crash if I remember correctly?

EDIT: I'm thinking of 2008, will still check though!

It was definitely 2010, it is me sitting near the wall next to our Sagaris. Fortunately it was not ours that ended up in bits on the start line, that was a couple of years before

Just a thought (and I know you have it printed now) but if you put the photo into Lightroom or similar software you can reduce the shadows significantly without otherwise negatively impacting the image so you and your friend would be a fair bit more visible in the photo.
