Posted this on the Comp forum ,but thought it might do better here
Thinking of getting a Wolverine MMPRP for cine transfer . Noted that it plays back the scan at 20fps
Has Pinnacle Studio 20 the facility to convert the frame rate to 16 and 18fps to match Standard and Super 8.
If not is there a programme that will do this?
