Hi folks. I have the above camera and am doing some video recording at weekend.
One thing which is concerning me a little is the following on the Olympus page;
"Note:
Depending upon the memory card, the recording may stop without recording to the maximum time.
A Speed Class 6 SD or SDHD card is recommended for HD movie recording."
I don't know what a "speed class 6..." is but I do know I need to record for between 15-25 minutes (maximum) without interruption.
Can any of you offer some guidance on this? ideally without having to go out and spend gos knows how much on yet another memory card.
The video is an interview with a small group of people in a little room, if that is relevant.

What memory card(s) do you currently have? If they are reasonably modern I would imagine they are at least class 6 (everything I have is class 10)

The class is usually visible on the card as well as the capacity smile

Assuming the class is in the almost complete circle on the label, it says 10.
It's a Sandisk Ultra SDXC 128gb.

Thanks for that. Bit worried for a bit after reading the page.

Probably a bit late now, but the best way to find out is to just do a test record?
