Searching photos by type, eg animal, person, car?

Is there a windows pc solution for searching photos by their visual content.

For example by cars, cats or specific family members. Not by file name by pixel content through facial recognition.

I remember Picasa doing this is a basic way but it was discontinued years ago.

Dont think so that would take pretty strong machine learning unless you label them.

I assume google photos does, and flickr does now I think too

Google photos does OK with this. Cloud based but free of charge and would be a good back up for your photos.
