7d battery options
Discussion
Have you actually charged it up and tried it? In my experience it will probably be fine.
If not then try:

or

The second one is the LPE6N which it says is just for the 7DII, I've no idea if it will fit a mark 1. The first link suggests it might do but I don't know.

I buy spare batteries from eBay. I’ve never had a problem, and the last two outlasted the official Canon item.
Last summer I bought two batteries for my 5D3 with a dual charger, £20.
thanks was hoping for a view on non-genuine. Last summer I bought two batteries for my 5D3 with a dual charger, £20.
Another thumbs up for cheap ebay specials, although a slight caveat.
I bought two batteries for my 5d3 as well as a cheap battery grip. The cheap batteries don't seem to work well in the grip, if I have the original Canon battery and one of the copies it is fine, put two copies in and only one will register. It may be the grip, but I have heard this sometimes happens with the official Canon grip.
Otherwise they hold charge well but not so well in the cold.
