Exhaust flames tutorial anyone?

Hi all,

I fancy trying to learn how to add fake exhaust pipe flames in Photoshop.

I'm guessing that it is along the lines of adding a layer of flame cut from another image.

Does anyone have any flame layers I can play with? Or where to get some?

Or do you know of any good 'adding flame' tutorials or videos?

I'm expecting my efforts to look terrible, but hey, learning is half the fun

I've not watched any myself, but entering "photoshop exhaust flames" into the YouTube search box will get you a couple of results.
