Uploading photos

Been trying to upload some photos I took at a car show at the weekend. I’m just using the “upload an image” tag above this box, it’s saying the file size is to big though. It’s also on that thumbsnap, was everyone not recommending using Flickr? If so how do I upload from Flickr to here?

Upload to Flickr account use the widget on the image page to get the bb code for a 1024 px image copy that paste it in here
