Trouble uploading to Flickr - anyone else?

I have recently started using lightroom and I didn't have any issues with uploading to Flickr or google drive.

Recently, a few of my images are refusing to upload to google drive - so I uninstalled ghostery and all seemed to be ok.

Flickr however - I keep getting the same error, not a valid file or this doesn't look like a photograph. Or they will all time out.

Is this just a flickr issue - are you guys experiencing the same? Or have I done something in Lightroom that is preventing my jpegs from being uploaded? It'd be nice if these online systems explained their errors, but currently, I am at a loss!

I had it yesterday on a single image. Deleted and re-upped it a couple of times and it eventually upped ok....

I’m always having issues uploading to Flickr - always timing out. Not sure if it’s my home internet connection, as images upload fine from my office.

Doesn’t matter if it’s a batch or a single image - 100% fail rate

I think I made a post about this a few weeks ago, it wouldn’t upload anymore than 7 photos for and just kept stopping, was a royal PITA.

Yeah I've found both Flickr and Google Photos a bit flaky for uploading since late last week I think. I just retry and after a couple of attempts they eventually get through. Given it's two different services that seem to have the problem I wondered if it was a Windows update or browser (Firefox) update that was the issue.

Funny you should say that... I noticed issues with both and uninstalled ghostery plug-in. Both seemed to be giving a similar error so thought it was my end that was the problem!
