Slo mo but lip synced to normal

I need to shoot a video that's played in slow motion but the voice synced to normal speed.

I'm assuming that in shooting, the music track is sped up so the performers lip sync and move according to that but in edit, the film is slowed to the corresponding speed aligned with the 'normal' speed music track....or is there another way?

Playing the track at double speed is the best way, I think.
