Anybody recommend me some good online places to get picture frames?
I’m looking for fairly decent quality with glass , not Perspex , size wise would be about 900mm by 600mm.

I've looked into this myself, and I'd be surprised if you can find anywhere willing to send frames with glass rather than plastic, but hope to be pleasantly surprised.

So what did you do? Just go for it with plastic or actually walk in somewhere to buy them??

Mostly I have my prints done on to canvas, which incorporates an internal frame and can be hung as is. I get them from Photobox when they are running special offers, and usually have to pay around £35 for a 750mm by 500mm including postage.

I would like to be able to buy frames with glass for A2 prints, as I can do those at home.

When you mention photobox there I need to go back to my old thread again. I’m still having the same problem of them saying my image doesn’t have enough resolution to print them at a decent size.

A couple of years ago I bought some frames with acrylic off the internet and then one of the cheap shops 'The Range' I think, were selling the same size clip frames (A3) with glass really cheaply making for a quick and cheap upgrade to glass in the frames.

I recently bought some from here: http://www.tradepictureframes.co.uk

Very happy with them, especially for the price. Glass not plastic, although the first delivery did contain several frames damaged by the courier. I sent some photo’s of the damage, and they replaced them immediately with no fuss.
