I tend to view Thomas Heatons videos on photography, i dont always like his end results, but he does always inspire me to get up and get out.

Who do you guys subscribe to ?

Any great Lightroom/ Photoshop wizards out there who do not take 10 minutes to go over something that should only take 10 seconds to explain? (i have little patience!)

Thanks

Agree with you about Tho,as Heaton, I also watch Simon Baxter. They both make excellent videos and explain their thought processes too.

I’ve stopped using LR now in favour of ON1 2018 so watch their own short clips and a guy called Scott Davenport for the software side of things.

Occasionally I watch WeeklyImogen, wink

Thanks for mentioning Thomas, I've just watched a couple and enjoyed the style. Seems very easy to watch. Checking out Simon now.

Glen Dewis is good, I like him and he shares some good content. Other than that I only follow a few obvious ones, Tony and Chelsea Northrupp, Kelby, Serge Ramelli etc but I don't often watch them.

I think the only one who inspires me is Simon Baxter.

I enjoy Brendan Van Son's vlogs, I met him recently at the Airport and he included me his vlog which was... strange laugh

I like to follow Thomas Heaton also and really enjoy the style (bought his 2018 calendar which is impressive quality). Most inspirational for me though is Peter McKinnon, a Canadian who has bundles of energy. He mostly does video his channel but to watch how he has progressed his cinematography has been amazing (I've been watching for the past 18 months) and now he produces some stunning pieces.

I used to like Thomas Heaton but find him too prone to having a moan which I have no time for.

Others worth watching:

Andy Mumford: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCTFdEybgY_c3Di0Sv...

Tim Kellner: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCpLaU6vp4CUUHyhfl... (short videos highly stylised)

I've been following a YouTuber called Kai W for some time - he used to copresent DigitalRev years ago and has since split off in order to cover a host of product releases, equipment tests and shootouts. Relatively informal but informative, a style I quite like.

Both of these are good shouts, I particularly like Peter for his energy.
