Snapseed vs Lightroom CC - worth the change?
Discussion
I’m currently storing all my pics in iCloud, using Snapseed to edit on an iPad Pro. I mainly put the results on Twitter, Facebook and Steller, but have made the odd photo book, with which I’ve been very pleased. I’ve found out that the Canon WiFi app doesn’t transfer them as RAW, so all my future uploads will be straight off the card onto the iPad and onto iCloud. I find Snapseed really easy to use, and now it’s got curves, you really can go to town.
Is it worth going for Lightroom, with the associated storage plan? If so, will it be possible to move my iCloud pics (about 15,000 of them) to the Lightroom storage without too much trouble?
Is the functionality and are the results of Lightroom that much better than my current set-up, given that I’m not David Bailey and never will be.

If you're using an iPad Pro, I'm assuming that would limit you to using Lightroom CC only rather than full LR Classic? If so, I don't think it's worth it. The features of the CC version are pretty limited at present. Things may improve quite rapidly but I wouldn't recommend it for the time being.
