Can you identify this softbox Mount please?

Friend of mine has two Rocwing softboxes with a three pronged Mount ( see photo please).

She also has 4 Elinchrom Dlite RX 4/4 strobe lights.

What adaptor does she need to allow the Rocwings to be used with the Elinchromes please?

Looks like a Bowens mount to me, but that's all I use so no idea how similar others look!
