Moving photoshop and Lightroom from a Mac to a PC
Discussion
As for moving the subscription, simply download PS and LR to the new computer after signing in to your Adobe account on that computer.
I hardly ever use LR so not too sure what you would do about transferring the catalogue, but maybe start by transferring those items onto an external hard drive then going to the hard drive from LR on the PC.

It has been a while since I moved - I think I was still on Lightroom v1!
As mentioned above, you will just be able to download the applications from Creative Cloud, then you will need to move your catalog and photos over.
For the catalog make sure Lightroom is updated to the same version on both machines, then close Lightroom on the old machine - you cannot copy an open catalog.
How have you got the photos organised? If they are in one parent folder and you want to move everything else in that folder structure it should be easy. When you have copied the files accross and open Lightroom it will tell you that it can't find the photos, you just need to point it in the right place for one of the photos and it will find the others.
