White box question

If I shoot smallish products in a photographic 'white box', do I still get some natural shadows around the product (I want to keep some of this)
?

Light from both sides turn one side down, either move the light further away or block some if you can't vary it

Cheers. What I'm hoping for is for the background to be uniformly white.. leaving as little Photoshop TLC as possible. But still keeping some of the object close shadows. Feasible?

Learn about lighting - esp diffusion - and use a soft box instead. Much more versatile.

I've just taken this with a 2ft x 2ft x 2ft lightbox and two Softboxes with no photography skills to speak off.

Absolutely. But be careful not to place your light source too close to the soft box (it will negate the diffusion).
